CAPTURING INTIMACY

We proposed a design that engages with the local community and the landscape to provide a residential public space for two people to enjoy. The facility will provide tourism and further engagement with the West Reservoir Centre, located in Hackney, London. The use of bin bags inside the pod, creates a distorted light effect, which warms up the room with the feeling of a fluffy texture. After being at the weather festival we were told that the our project would become an addition to the forest schools playground. This was a nice addition to our success, as we know this design will be put to good use whether it is used for just playing or maybe story time. I think our design has a place at the west reservoir centre.
