VALLEY RETREAT

My proposal sets out to provide a health facility that engages with the local community and the landscape to provide a residential retreat for wellness and detoxification. Training will be provided through both residential and non-residential courses available to the local community as well as fee paying guests. Activities would include fitness and meditation classes, nutrient workshops, body and relaxation treatments, counselling and therapy sessions.
